Cede
(/siːd/)
Enterprise Technology & Systems Integration.
Empowering businesses and institutions across Mozambique with robust cloud architecture, cybersecurity, network engineering, and managed technology services.
Six core capabilities. Only what's in your Service Order.
Nothing is billed by default. Each engagement starts with a written Service Order naming the scope, the deliverables, the timetable and the fee, so what you're paying for is always legible before work begins.
Cloud & Storage Infrastructure
Architecture design, environment configuration, storage policy implementation, backup restoration, and high-performance cloud hosting orchestration.
Network & Security Systems
Secure remote access configuration, enterprise routing, firewall enforcement, network optimisation, and vulnerability management.
Custom Software & API Integration
Full-stack web and mobile development, API integrations, workflow automation, and version-controlled enterprise applications.
Cybersecurity & Hardening
Access control reviews, security logging, endpoint protection, patch management, incident response support, and security awareness guidance.
Managed Maintenance & Support
Round-the-clock technical monitoring, incident triage, continuous patch management, performance optimisation, and SLA-backed administrative maintenance.
Advisory & Governance
Technology roadmaps, architectural assessments, IT risk mitigation, operating procedure creation, and executive technical training.
How an engagement runs
The same structure every time, whether it is a two-week hardening review or a multi-year managed infrastructure contract.
- 1Service Order
Scope, signed
We agree the scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timetable and fee in writing before anything starts.
- 2Delivery
Built against the plan
Work proceeds against a project plan with named owners, milestones and a status cadence you set.
- 3Review
You check it
Deliverables are reviewed against the agreed acceptance criteria with a defined window to raise issues.
- 4Change control
Nothing shifts quietly
New requirements go through a Change Order; fees, timetable and impact are agreed before they are built.
Security is a default,
not an add-on
Every engagement carries baseline controls proportionate to the systems involved regardless of whether the Service Order calls out security work explicitly.
Baseline controls
Carried by every engagement, whether or not the Service Order names security work.
- Access control and authentication on all managed systems
- Encrypted transfer for data in transit where supported
- Logging, vulnerability management and patch coordination
- Material incidents notified within 24 hours of confirmation
- Subprocessors vetted and contractually bound to confidentiality
| Priority | Description | Acknowledge |
|---|---|---|
| P1 | Critical service unavailable or material security incident | 4 hours |
| P2 | Major function degraded, limited workaround | 1 business day |
| P3 | Non-critical defect or configuration issue | 2 business days |
| P4 | General request or cosmetic issue | 3 business days |
Targets above are default acknowledgement windows; extended and continuous coverage can be purchased per Service Order.
Built from Maputo, run across the region
Our home base sets the default business calendar and support hours; engagements extend to enterprise clients operating across Southern Africa's key corridors.
Base of operations
Registered and operating from Maputo, Mozambique; business days and default support hours follow the Maputo calendar.
Client sectors
Financial services, telecommunications, logistics and other regulated or infrastructure-heavy businesses.
Engagement model
Fixed, milestone-based, time-and-materials or recurring, set per Service Order, never assumed by default.
What we won't do
Scope discipline runs in both directions.
Hold client funds
We provide technology services only. We do not receive, hold, control or settle customer funds, or act as a financial intermediary.
Work outside a Service Order
An invoice does not expand scope, and neither does a verbal request. Unwritten work is not billed and is not built.
Change bank details by email alone
Any change to our payment details requires verification through a previously confirmed channel.
Tell us what you're running, and where it hurts.
Send the shape of the problem and we'll come back with a scoped proposal, not a generic sales deck.
