About the Role

Cede is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Finance Analyst to join its Finance team. This role supports financial reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, and management reporting across Cede's multi-jurisdiction operations. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with solid grounding in IFRS and a track record of delivering accurate, timely financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Assist with reconciliations across entities, including intercompany and bank reconciliations.
  • Support tax compliance activities, including VAT, WHT, and CIT computations and filings across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Assist in audit preparation and coordination, including responding to audit requests.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records on accounting systems (e.g., Zoho Books).
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and tasks as required by the Senior Finance Manager.

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Chartered Accountant qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) required.
  • 2–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in fintech, an audit firm, or a bank is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of IFRS; exposure to multi-jurisdiction or cross-border finance operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
